We specialize in drop-off and set-up family-style catering. Our goal is to make the ordering and fulfillment process as easy and seamless as possible—from placing the order to delivery and set up. CATERING FAQS

  • Catering orders are fully confirmed when the electronic invoice is paid in full.

  • Delivery fees depend on location, but most of Nashville proper is a flat $30. Delivery to the radius outside of Nashville, including Mt Juliet, Brentwood/Franklin, Hendersonville & others, will be a $50 flat fee.

    Delivery fees are not gratuities and actually cover the costs associated with delivery. Gratuity for the catering team is greatly appreciated, but is not required. If you would like to leave gratuity for the team, there is the opportunity to do so when paying the invoice.

  • Since many companies/schools provide their own we do not automatically include utensils. We can include utensils by request for $0.25 per person that includes serviceware as well.

  • The minimum for delivery orders is $200 for Nashville proper and $500 for the radius outside of Nashville. Picking up at the store is easy and free, we will have it waiting for you right on time!

  • We need to receive catering orders 36 hours in advance to make sure we have the product ordered and team in place. Orders less than 36 hours’ notice may be subject to a rush fee of $40.

  • We do not use chafers or food warmers. We bring the food hot and ready to eat and will help you set it up!
